- Replaced rotted wood, secured wood to studs, and covered wooden walls with 3/4 inch insulation.
- Covered all freeze board trim, fascia trim, garage door jamb, and door trim with aluminum trim coil.
- Covered overhangs with vinyl soffit using Mastic’s Ventura hidden vent vinyl soffit.
- Installed new vinyl gable vents and covered wooden walls with vinyl siding.
- Covered porch ceiling with Mastic’s Ventura vinyl soffit.
